33rd in all time playoff %. Nothing to write home about. Again, a good- good++ goalie but not great in my book.

Good deal for Kings

Got a top 6 LW they were able to sign long-term while not having to give up too much of their future. They still have good pool of young NHL players/prospects so moving the pick + Faber is not a bad price to pay

I missed a lot of Lou's career pre 2010 but he never seemed like a GREAT goalie to me. A lot like Fleury to be honest. Very good at times but never an elite guy or dominator at his position. I didn't really see a lot of HoF talent from him.

What's done is done and if i were a good person i'd be happy for Canucks fans that the Sedins + 7uongo made it to the Hall, but i'm not so i hope it bothers them even more that they had 3 HoF players on those Canuck teams and they still couldn't win a Cup .

How do you guys feel about Alfredsson getting in?

Thats how I felt too, but I didnt realize he was 4th all time in wins. 19yr career at a high level, and he probably deserves to be in even regardless of never winning a cup or vezina.

Very true. And you can't even make a good argument that he was carried by great teams or a part of goalie-friendly system. He was a very good and sometimes great goalie for sure.

This was Alfredsson's 5th time to be considered for the HOF so I think it was deserved. The Sedins and Luongo getting in on their first ballot I don't agree with. I'm fine with the Sedins getting in just not first ballot and Luongo?! Again not first ballot but maybe down the road ... maybe. Would love to see Theo Fleury get in but given his outspokenness regarding being a recovering victim of abuse and his anti covid vaccine visibility I can't see that happening any time soon.

Getting into the HOF on the first try should be limited to the Wayne Gretzky's of the world, ie the true elite of their era, not the Sedin/Luongo's of the world, ie the merely good players of their era. I recommend when change all of major sports Hall of Fames to the Hall of the Very Good. Too many good but not great players are getting in the Hall in every sport.

I am a believer that years on the HOF ballet should be capped at 5 years. If you are not in that time then you were not a HOF caliber player.

That’s a lot of term for a small cap hit. He was great and is only 27 so that could be a steal of a deal.

Tampa doesn't care about the distant future. They have their core, and they need to maximize now. Deal with the consequences later.

After reading about Flyers prospect Ivan Fedotov, I would stay far away from Russians in the draft as possible.
