It’s definitely possible that whatever team gets #2 prefers Michkov or Carlson to Fantilli.Carlsson is 6’3, but I don’t think he will add much physicality to the top 6.
The thing that sucks is we are unlikely to get #2 in the draft, so it’s likely Bedard or Carlsson for us.
Fixed it

True, there is no clear cut #2, but Fantilli is the best bet. It’s definitely possible that whatever team gets #2 prefers Michkov or Carlson to Fantilli.

when they release the lottery video, Bettman will probably hold up a newspaper from today. that's what he did in last year's videoHere's a conspiracy theory for everyone. They knew the results last week and 2 teams in the 12-16 range won the draws so they know if will be a quick show as fans are going to be able to figure our the draft order once teams are skipped. So they pushed it back an hour.
Do they actually do the video of the balls dropping? I thought they started with the cards in order of the teams draft position revealing 1 at a time. I missed the start last year.when they release the lottery video, Bettman will probably hold up a newspaper from today. that's what he did in last year's video
my understanding is they will at some point release the video of the actual drawings (maybe won't be today)Do they actually do the video of the balls dropping? I thought they started with the cards in order of the teams draft position revealing 1 at a time. I missed the start last year.

Probably 2nd line right wing to start, along side his buddy Mason McTavish.Sharks fan entering the pond in peace. If you guys get Bedard, where do you guys realistically see him slotting in your lineup and how soon do you guys see him being a full time player?
Ah gotcha.my understanding is they will at some point release the video of the actual drawings (maybe won't be today)
*Sigh*Probably 2nd line right wing to start, along side his buddy Mason McTavish.
Zegras-Terry
McTavish-Bedard
Full time top 6 forward from day one.

It hasn't leaked in years. NHL doesn't permit anyone with a phone into the drawing room and nobody leaves until the show airs. How early were the picks leaked last year? Anyone remember?
