Not all bad but the time between "generational" tier prospects is so damn high, we may never get a better chance of getting one. I'm all game for the consolation kids but man would locking in Bedard today be a next level delight.
Well, my 3:30-5:00 meeting got pushed to tomorrow... so I guess it's stressing about the draft now.

I don't know if I can make it through the game. Picking up my girlfriend from the airport at like 1030. If I don't get sleep between the lottery draw and then I'm going to be dead again tomorrow.

Just watched highlights of Bedard. Sheesh, you're out to lunch if you think there's not a big gap between him and the rest...
I'll only think that if we win him. Otherwise, the prospects are all really close.
Pfft. Fantilli just has to work on a couple deficiencies and he's basically the same guy...huh? Whats that? We get first overall?.......
Yeah so like I was saying, Fantilli would be lucky to develop into a peewee equipment manager.

We did miss out on Crosby, but we had our own stardom players in the Twins. Yet, we only one one Cup with the Twins... we should have won more cups. Crosby did help the Pens win three Cups. To be fair, the Pens had the 2nd overall pick in 2004 with Malkin and then landed 1st overall in 2005 with Crosby. It also seems like kismet that we pair Bedard with #3 pick from the 2021 draft in McTavish.
