The majority of his goals came with space he was never going to get in the NHL and he simply isn't strong enough to compete.

Rags fans are already busting a nut over their AHL goalie prospect Garand. Many fans comment that he’s already NHL backup caliber with a much higher ceiling. The franchise and fans remind me of the Yankees with their never ending list of A quality prospects who rarely seem to fulfill their expectations.

Btw his last game was a 38 save shutout. An optimist would say he’s rounding into form. A pessimist (or an Isles fan) would say imagine his stats without that game.

Well they have the speedy Devils next, which is something they struggle with, so, uh... good luck.

Honestly at this point I'd rather the Rangers win and definitely no OT game. Best case scenario is the Rangers finish just outside the playoffs and get a middling pick, which is exactly what they deserve given the trajectory Drury put them on. Tons of stupid moves and terrible player development after ridiculous shit falls into their laps as always. Why the f*** did they trade a cost-controlled Buchnevich for Sammy f***ing Blais and a 2nd round pick when they suck at developing 1st round talent? My guess is that the Rags will go on a run and will easily make the playoffs. The back half of the division will start to slide away and they'll be feasted on by good teams, including the Rags.
