Poor guy sounded a little down. You can tell he's nervous about the camp and selection process. I don't think he can handle another cut. Great ******* guy.

Yep.

Loved how candid he was about the treatment Leafs fans give him as well.

Like I said before - this is a horrible market to play in. Nice that he called many fans "bandwagoners" when it comes to praise/criticism.

I think he sounded good. But i do agree, I dont think he will be able to handle another cut. he will start to get very publicly frustrated IMO.

Oh yeah. 100%. As he should, as I would. I feel bad for him already if that happens, I really do. Again, great ******* kid.

Man people really have bad listening comprehension, he said no such thing.

When asked his view on the Toronto fans and media...
He said when you're doing well, people tend to support you and pump your tires, but when things aren't going well comes the criticism and scrutiny, and people jump bandwagons.

Lol I know, don't be so sensitive, I just thought it was funny when he said it.

Its clear that kadri doesn't have an attitude problem. He's being honest, yet cautious about his answers. I could tell his voice sounded a little less confident and unsure that he would make the leafs. But you could hear how badly he wanted too.

Anyone know exactly what he said about lupul?

I hate the way Kadri's defensive game gets crapped on Steven Stamkos say's you should work on your weakness' 20% and your strengths 80% because your strengths are what make you stand out. No one really cares that Kessel is a coward atleast Naz will give and take a hit. Let him centre Lups and Kessel,

Kadri still thinks he is "entitalled"because he can put the puck in the net and wants everyone else to do the dirty, seemingly unimportant job.Kinda like a house league player(I'm not comparing his skill, just his attitude).

I've been watching this kid since he was first drafted,he takes the same chances in the defensive zone as he would in offensive zone.Remember no dangling in your own zone - midget hockey 101.

He was asked besides coaches, who is a mentor on the Leafs that he can go to for advice or pulls him aside and offers advice.

After saying the regular politically correct "oh yea everyone's great.." he went on to elaborate that Lupul is particularly a close guy. He pointed out that he was drafted in the same position as him (7th overall) and that he went through many of the struggles and scrutinies that Naz is going through.

Listened to it and Kadri handled himself pretty well and said all the right things, Cybulski definitely tried to get him to slip up with his sarcastic questions haha.

Go read the Kadri on TSN1050 thread.

No, you haven't. I doubt you've even seen him once.

All Kessel does is put the puck in the net atleast Naz has worked on his defensive game, and to be honest he is more entitled than alot on that roster who have failed since he arrived. He hits and he can take a hit. Carlyle shouldn't have been getting on at Kadri he scored a hattrick if Carlyle had an ounce of sense he should be asking the other plays ''if Naz can score a hattrick why cant the rest of you'' Call them out it raises everyone's game, but instead he slags of Kadri.

Really,I guess you know all about me considering such a statement.

I was quite excited when he was first drafted and had high hopes for him.I have probably seen him play in 2 Leafs games and 10 Marlies games and watched him closely each time I noticed him on the ice.He is still trying to do things on his own.And that aint going to cut it at the NHL level.Sure he's a good player but needs to realize that there is a team around him and using that team is to his advantage.

He does use his team, but there is nothing wrong with trying to do something on your own. He recognizes danger now and knows when to pass and when he can dangle and make a move. He has the skill and talent of stick handling, nothing wrong with showing it. Its part of his creativity. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. The only difference is that before it used to work less and harm more, whereas its the opposite now.

He's a set up man. Every damn nhl game I have been pulling my hair out because kadri would be dishing incredible passes which would result in goals... But his 3rd line line mates which use their fists or bodies over all else just didn't have the skill to bury gimme goals

Yet it seems every time he's on the top line, he's dangerous.... Creates opportunities and generates points.

He is not greedy by instinct as he tends to pass more than shoot

Go entitlement Go!

He never really did. Somehow his confidence in his game and feistyness somehow got transformed into him having a bad attitude.
