I don’t like Glasnow in that game at all.
He is their best arm. I am not sure who the other option would be. Morton isn’t pitching on 2 days rest. Snell has been very average. Sure you can bullpen it but you just went through your arms yesterday. They will need them again but they also need Glasnow to eat some innings and buy time.

Interesting that cards have been involved in the top 4...2 wins, 2 losses...

How do you get thrashed like that at home in an elimination game? Embarrassing.
Easy your starting pitcher shits the bed. Seriously, it's the main reason why I think there really is no momentum gained from game to game in baseball.

The Yankees owning the Twins franchise is a good story and all but the Yanks didnt sweep the Twins because "They own the Twins." They swept them because the Twins pitchers couldn't pitch effectively in the zone and the Yanks hitters don't chase.

Yanks are a Rays win away from them having home field for the duration.

Part of me says to be careful what you wish for, but in a 7 game series (not 5), give me the Rays over the Astros any day of the week.

That being said, even if the Astros do win tomorrow, the Rays taking them to game 5 was probably the best-case scenario for the Yankees.

Yes, I'm a bitter Mets fan but **** the Braves. They're losing 10-0 after top of the first inning.
Would I be wrong to be secretly rooting for the Nats to win it all purely in the hopes that it pisses off Bryce Harper? Just hypothetically.
