remember marner must stay on the 1st line with matthews, sincerely paul marner, kyle dubas, brendan shanahan.
No, most want cap space to balance the lineup. Marner is the most useless piece to move and gain the most cap.Kadri is good but Brown and Kapanen are overrated. Brown shooting percentage is way high this season and he scored too many SH goals which aren't easily repeatable. Good riddance to both. Well, all three actually.
I've yet to see a very compelling offer by our fellow fans.
If someone was like, 'I wish we could trade Marner for McAvoy/Svechnikov or even Jack Hughes', I would agree.
But there are so many stinkers. Most of whom just want cap space so they can sign 30 year old free agents.
Minus mitch?Kadri, Brown Kapanen > Marner
We have zero depth up front

Actually predicted Leafs win division and Habs in playoffs and then Habs lose 4 straight to Vegas/AvsPretty sure you meant regular season friend, which you were wrong in spades.
You then predicted the habs get swept by any western team.
Nah if you take mitches salary and combine it with his playoff play he truly is uselessThis really is the dumbest statement. There's no nice way of putting it.

25 points in 32 games. Truly.

12 primary assists over those 5 playoffs.I wonder how many of those are primary assists. We know how many are goals. 'Points' is also how Marner fooled management into that contract the eye test says different.
Anyway it's all irrelevant. Unless he plays like an 11 million dollar players, in the playoffs, what good is he really? It's an honest question, because Leafs are shedding left and right and signing budget hacks to round out the team.
1 goal in the last three years of playoffs for 11 million dollar……..truly awesome clutch player25 points in 32 games. Truly.
I have no doubt he will.Marner is a good player, he is not trash.
But at the same time, his productive playoffs were pretty much a few years ago.
Using that to justify he produced in the playoffs is the same as saying Jumbo needs to be on the first line and PP1 b/c he is a HOF and just look at his productions 10 years ago.
Now, can Marner started producing in the playoffs, thats the 11mil question.
That depends on his mentality and his approach to his game.I have no doubt he will.
Nah he’s been paid. There’s a reason he disappears once the pay cheques for the season endThat depends on his mentality and his approach to his game.
Is he willing to work on his short comings or just keep finding excuses and blaming on others.
It is all up to him.
Even in his productive series against Boston, he was pretty brutal defensively. To his credit, he has been very good in the playoffs defensively since then, but it appears that it came at the expense of his offensive game. The challenge is being able to do both at the same time, but I don't really see that in himMarner is a good player, he is not trash.

Have you got an inside track on the timeline for this miraculous turn aroundI have no doubt he will.
Hard to believe Nylander is now hated less than Marner. Thanks Kyle, Shanny, Paul, Mitch and the rest of the Marner camp.
Leafs are playing with a 70 million dollar cap in the playoffs. Opposite of Tampa thanks to invisible MitchNah if you take mitches salary and combine it with his playoff play he truly is useless
A first team all star and no one gives a f***Hard to believe Nylander is now hated less than Marner. Thanks Kyle, Shanny, Paul, Mitch and the rest of the Marner camp.
Yeah, yeah you want him in Seattle. I get it.No, most want cap space to balance the lineup. Marner is the most useless piece to move and gain the most cap.
I imagine most have no idea who you’re talking aboutHonestly Marner defenders at this point kind of remind me of Sixers homers who still defend Ben Simmons. We all know what has to be done here.
