When he was coach of the Flyers, he was absolutely terrible. The best example of that is how he actively pursued all the matchups the other team wanted.

Vancouver winning that puts them out of distance for the Flyers. The Flyers could theoretically still catch Washington to move to 8th place but it would require them winning every game while Washington going pointless in each of their remaining three games.

Now we just need 2-3 good trades the next two years and haul in a few 1st rd picks and solid prospects.
