I sent an email out the other day asking for an order update for the Reverse Retro jersey I bought a while back. I wasn’t complaining or anything like that about the delay just honestly didn’t really know how long to expect because it now says 8-10 weeks for stitched customizing and I’m still in that time line from when they were released.
I got a call from someone out there (I didn’t pick up) and they left a voice mail apologizing and that there was an issue with adidas but it should be settled and they should have it sent out to me next week. With that said, he said that he sent out today a package with a shirtsey, a beanie, a ice tray that makes ice cubes in the shape of the Sharks logo, and I should be getting a $50 gift card for their store in the next week for the trouble.
No idea what I’m going to do with any of that stuff but kinda crazy for something that I wasn’t even actively complaining about.
