A blanket statement from his agency is underwhelming. A specific statement directly concerning Hart from Hart (obviously written by his camp) would do a lot to relieve concern, is all anyone's talking about. But it's gross even talking about all of this with this particular lens, so I'm kind of done with this discussion.
No idea what point your trying to make other than you presume Hart is guilty or there is no reason for you to care. Like I said no one should have to make a statement. You are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. That’s why we have a court system.

Unfortunately now that the politicians are involved we will likely never know the truth.

"Underwhelming" my ass. Hart hasn't been accused of jack. What a terrible society we foster when we're expected to issue statements we aren't witches, and when we haven't even been directly accused, to boot.
you havent met the social media generation yet i guess..

everyone is ALWAYS guilty even if they arent..

It’s not concerning in any way or form. Why would the Flyers make a statement?

His agency made a blanket statement for all the players represented. And what is wrong with our society. We are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. Yet so many assume guilt when there isn’t a shred of evidence to support it.
You dont pressure someone to film a video saying its consensual unless you believe the encounter was questionable. You dont pay out 3 million dollars afterwards unless the encounter was questionable. Hockey Canada wouldn't have reopened the issue unless the encounter was questionable. f*** off with this "no shred of evidence" nonsense.

You're confused, per usual. I haven't presumed anyone guilty or innocent. Haven't commented on the allegations whatsoever. I don't even know the details. Just noting that Hart's camp not coming out with a statement is a more than a tad concerning, which is understating it really.

Letting you in on a little secret: It's not confusion.

1998:
Dillon Dube
Boris Katchouk
Taylor Raddysh
Tyler Steenbergen
Drake Batherson
Michael McLeod
Brett Howden
Sam Steel
Jake Bean
Carter Hart

1999:
Maxime Comtios
Alex Formenton

So you basically know who the two 99’s are through process of elimination based off of that information.

Does somehow making a public statement actually mean you didn't commit a crime/etc.?

Plenty of people lie to save their own skin.

I was referring to Hart being involved

Not necessarily but I think they’re going to fully leak soon regardless.

Certainly seems to be the case. I'm just stating that because a player said he didn't do something doesn't mean they are innocent. Hang the guy once he's guilty though whoever they are.

It'll be interesting in seeing what the testimony is since there's a bit of nuance to this.
