Kap is the Bugatti Chiron with the RV package option included.

Too fast, that would be McDavid... Kap would be more like a Porsche 911 GT2 RS with the RV package. He may not have the flat out speed of the Bugatti, but he sure can corner!

You're probably correct. I just like the Bugatti more than the Porsche. :dunno:

I'd have McDavid as one of Senna's '88-'91 F1 McLaren/Honda cars.

I can understand that, just trying to fit the player to the car that matches best, not trying to fit the player to my favorite car. I'm not the biggest Porsche fan either, but it seems to fit with Kap's style best.

This is why I haven't done FWDs. I'd pick my favorite vehicles or go off on weird tangents over picking the perfect match for players. Zucc would be something like the Mitsubishi twin turbo because I loved that car in the old Gran Turismo games. Foligno would be a 1999 Ram, because it's the favorite vehicle I've ever owned and he's my favorite player on the Wild. JEE would be the Shrekmobile because it's awesome and has a very punchable face. Reaves is the old tractor in the back of the shed that you break out in emergencies because it'll just take a beating.

Zucker will always be a NASCAR car for me. Go fast and turn left was all he did. Plus there was always the chance he'd blow a tire and spin out.
Rask was the Gremlin. The serviceable car you use in a pinch, but useless for much more A to B transportation. You also don't want anyone to see you using it.
Prosser was the hand me down you got from a family member for your first car. Soft spot for it in your heart but really a not good vehicle.

Steel is the Fiero. Has some nice moments and looks nice, but you know it’s not going to be around long.

Yes, I shamelessly plugged one of my favorite cars.

i had a 85 silver fiero for 2 years then the brakes went out and they were aluminum so it would have cost $1200 for a complete brake job so i sold it. a crazy story i was driving home from work and out of nowhere this deer ran across the freeway. the suv hit the deer at 65 mph then the deer flew over the suv AND over my fiero hitting the car behind me. that was a wild ride. kinda like twister and the cow flying

That must have been surreal. I've had a few crazy moments in my car, but never seen a deer fly over it. My craziest deer moment was hitting two of them at the same time. I guess I was going for body count that day.

I’ll never forget one family car we had. A neighbor who owned a car dealership gave my Dad a “deal” on Firenza. From the outside, looked like a decent car. On the inside….:help:

He dumped the car as soon as he could, and wasn’t on speaking terms with the neighbor for years.

My parents bought a black Fiero back in 1984. At the time, we thought it was an awesome car. Very fun to drive. It felt fast, even though it was only a 4 cylinder.

The Fiero is definitely the car I’ve had the most fun driving. It was my first car back in high school. Currently, it sits in a barn waiting for an engine rebuild/swap (likely a 3800 s/c). Mine looks very similar to the one above:

Decent. I'm going to put more stock in tonight than last night though.
I don't know if anyone caught the post-game interview with Addison but they asked him why him and Dakota worked so well together and thought the way he emphasized them talking and communicating seemed interesting. I don't think it was a shot at Merrill per se but definitely a comment with some intent behind it.

So, I thought Addison and Mermis looked good last night. What do you guys think?
We played a very bad team. I don’t what’s going on with Johnny Hockey and Laine, but it ain’t good. Talk to us after tonight’s game.

I like Mermis. I think he really works out a lot.much stronger than he used to be, and will not shrink from dropping the gloves, even though he is of modest size(6’ on tippy toes). I also'suspect that he will be a good fit with Addison, having played with him in Iowa for two years, at least?

Main thing for Mermis is that he doesn’t take dumb penalties, or get beaten by speed, or flat out talent. He’s usually pretty good in the AHL, but against…AHL’ers. He also is decent in the O zone. Average in breakouts and neutral zone.

I don’t think that a northern Manitoba guy can get comfortable playing with a guy who wears makeup and puts ribbons in his hair. Mermis more down to earth.

4-0 since trading for O'Reilly. BG is a genius!
His impact on the team is undeniable!
All it took was finally getting a #1C to turn this club around.
Best faceoff man the team has had this season!
His game is so flawless that you don't even notice him out there.
What? Is this a joke? Can someone explain to me what's going on here?

He has given the Wild zero effort.

I think the more accurate statement is that we’re 4-0 since trading ROR away. Was clearly an issue in the locker room as well as on the ice. He recorded exactly 0 points for us.

I'm only willing to give ROR credit for 3 wins.

Orlov might have been the difference maker for the latest win.
