Why? They’ve had to replay like 5 plays that were the wrong call on the field lol

I was just riffing on your point and poking fun at the ref after he called Wisconsin for that delay of game earlier and described the penalty as "disconcerting clapping" lol. That was a new one to me.

Yeah did you treat these refs to a pint or six at your restaurant or... :D

Nebraska is a weird team. That Illinois loss is bad but 3 "good" losses now. Michigan gave up their streak of never trailing in a game tonight too. They should jump ahead of Oregon, I doubt it happens but they should jump the Buckeyes too and end up ranked around 7 after this week. The real interesting one will be what happens with Penn State

Maybe a decade ago they will be ahead of OSU but that’s because they would be undefeated. After barely beating Rutgers and Nebraska OSU will still (and I think should) be higher then Mich

Ohio State lost at home to a team that lost to unranked Stanford. Michigan may have "barely beat" Nebraska and Rutgers but they havent even been behind in a game before tonight where they were losing briefly. Half the season is gone now, being undefeated should count for something. I wouldnt knock Penn State too hard for being a one loss team but the way the rankings love Ohio State I wouldnt be surprised if OSU was ahead of Penn state now

Oh I know. I’m just saying that’s how the media works. They don’t care if Oregon goes an 0-20 run (if that were even possible). Oregon was ranked at the time so it’s not a bad loss to them.

I still contend until Michigan can actually beat tOSU, I think it's all moot whom they do beat between now and then.

Same with Sparty - whoopty doo. Both have beaten the teams they should be, both Washington and Miami are 2-3, barely quality OOC wins, Wisconsin sucks. Both play PSU and tOSU this season, the wheat will be separated from the chaff.

That was an exciting game, was glad to see Michigan overcome a lot of adversity. I have a newfound respect for Nebraska fans, that place was incredibly loud and the fans were awesome. No one sweared at us, no **** Michigan, and I can’t count how many people said great game/good luck rest of the year/travel safe on the way home. Class acts, kudos to Lincoln.

I spent quite a bit of time in Nebraska years ago and that sums up my interactions with them to the letter. Almost moved out there a couple of times.

I don't follow college football much anymore. Is there a blue chip can't miss level QB coming out this year that the Lions could take #1?

Exactly what I was wondering about while half tuning in earlier today, haha.

Please Detroit, don't break this man.

He definitely cares. But the blunt truth is that the team will be awful for at least this year and next year. So either he finds a way to cope with the losing until the talent begins to kick in, or...

Whaaaaat? How should UM be ahead of a team that has curb-stomped them the past 2 decades? OSU prison-sexed a team UM barely beat. They took a team with a winning record to the woodshed yesterday while UM squeaked by a team with a losing record.

Don't get me wrong, I root for UM over OSU, but they didn't do anything yesterday to warrant vaulting them in the rankings.
