Not making the playoffs because of the tie-breaker after losing this crazy high-scoring game against Seattle stings. But it may be a blessing in disguise: This season ends on a high note and the Lions should go into next season even hungrier!

Success is important, but regardless of the W-L record, Campbell and his team are ideal ambassadors for the Lions franchise. They deserved to shine on prime time.

There are a few difficult questions looming: Do the Lions want to pay Jl. Williams? Will Chark be retained? Does Vatai get cut? But the team seems to be on a very good trajectory already.

Gruß,

Let's F***ing GO! What a great way to finish the season! Should have plenty of money and be an actual draw in FA and 5 picks in the top 82! And with the two drafts Holmes has put together already, I can only imagine we walk out with 3-4 eventual starters with those picks. Going to be a great offseason!

Is Dan Campbell gonna be the lions coach with a winning record? Stay tuned. I still don’t think he’s a great x and o coach (yet anyway he’s been getting better) but I like the guts he has

Me after my Mom says no McDonald's because there's food at home.

Quay Walker is a f***ing idiot. The world just saw the training staff literally save Damar Hamlin's life and this jackhole is gonna go shoving them? I don't care if that's your mother that they're working on... the best chance they have to do a good job is if you leave them the f*** alone.

And that's the second time this year he's done this! Against the Bills, he pushed a practice squad player in street clothes on the sidelines.

It's some baffling stupidity on display.

Watching Rodgers lose is nice. I like it. I liked watching a bunch of those other Packers tough guys lose too.

I don't even really follow the NFL anymore but knocking that arrogant d-bag Aaron Rodgers out of the playoffs brings me joy.

(before anyone jumps to conclusions and wants to take this on a tangent I thought he was as an arrogant asshat* long before the whole vax thing)

*isn't it time we brought asshat back?

Lions will learn from '22. Lost 4 games by 4 or less. Did not force a single punt against Seattle. Started 1-6. Dropped the ball in Carolina and left their playoff hopes to the Rams. It still almost happened. Rams blew a lead and Seattle need generous refereeing to turn the tide.

SOL is dead. Lions are winning division next season.

I really need him to retire already. Seeing him sulk around in big games like his dog died is making enjoying said big games extremely difficult for me.

I can't wait to hear all the ways he's going to deflect blame this time for him playing like shit when the team needed him to step up.

I still can't believe they allow you to be a mod in the Wings forum when you're a Packers fan.

Is there no standard or psychological evaluation to become a moderator here?

A bunch of them are goalies too. It's truly the inmates running the asylum. And then they joke about banning a credible, stand-up electro-shock therapist like myself. Madness indeed.

I really think the AMA needs to get their shit together and recognize "Lions PTSD" as a real thing. All 4th qtr I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. Sweating. Biting my nails. I saw my English Lab walking out of the room, trying not to be seen, eyeing me suspiciously. I ended up muttering to myself, over and over. "Wooaaahhh. This is the shit that always happens to us."

Winning at Lambeau with the Packers playoff spot on the line was the final nail in the SOL coffin. I read a tweet today that said 30 of 32 NFL teams would trade their situation for the Lions going forward. I imagine the Chiefs and the Bills are who they were talking about.

They'll be top 10 in cap space this year, a desirable coaching staff to play for, 5 picks in the top 82ish including a 6th overall, coming off a winning season and all their best players are young. They'll be the favourites to win the division next year and vegas will probably have them at like 9.5 or 10.5 for their win total

Road games against the Cowboys Chargers and Chiefs..if they go 500 on the road they easily could go undefeated at home

Who do you think created the sanity test?

The goalies. And that should tell you that the test is not worth the recycled paper we printed it on
