Thank god for that, or wait. Kopitar is 1 for 9 this season . Maybe the Kings should of tried Greene at some point .

It's more than just the points. With the 1-7 OT record that is a few ROW either lost or given as well. When a few more would make it to where a tie would give us the tiebreaker.

That first shift in OT was perfect. They win the faceoff, have control in their own zone, can't connect on a simple pass, and it turns into a shot for Vancouver. It's just 4 on 4 hockey, it's not like the game goes from hockey to bowling.

I look at it the other way. All those OT points are the only reason this inconsistent roster is even in the playoff discussion . Without them , Lombardi/Futa are already working on the draft board for a top Five pick, in January (of this season).
