As @SeaOfBlue mentioned, Johnsson is more skilled and offensively oriented. Holmberg is better defensively and can play a complementry role in any line.this is probably not the right comparison but I get Andreas Johnson vibes from him.

Mocha Joe!
Isn't he commited to join Knies and Koster next year as well?
Thats what I meant by high impact players. I only see Knies and Tverberg right now as that. Amirov could too if he played more. I do see many more becoming at most a 3rd/4th liner or complimentary player which is good though. There's probably only 1 or 2 guys in the pool that are going to be top-6 threats within the next 5 years but we have an obscenely healthy pipeline of guys who seem like sure bets at being competent middle-6/bottom-4 players on ELCs. I can't see us needing Ritchie-caliber UFA signings for a good 3 or 4 years once the 2019/2020 drafts start graduating consistently. Even if we traded Robertson + Amirov + Sandin/Liljegren at the deadline, the Kral/Niemela/Hirvonen/SDA/Abramov tier guys should produce some NHLers within a year or two.
He is supposed to. He's only signed to a KHL deal for this season and on loan there by the Leafs since he has an NHL contract already. Is amirov coming over next year?
Sounds like he could potentially be joining the Marlies at the end of this season/playoffs.He is supposed to. He's only signed to a KHL deal for this season and on loan there by the Leafs since he has an NHL contract already.
Now that brings a tear to my eye if he can pan out to be that big rugged goal scoring LWer that we are in desperate need ofHe's quickly becomes a Gophers fans favorite.

Goal and 2 assists for Villeneuve including a SH assist

Beautiful
Simply beautiful old school hockey there !

I'd say he falls in the category of "very nice to have" over "needs badly".Need a big physical forward so badly. Who can play and skate
Last time we had some serious size with ruggedness and skill was probably Owen Nolan
Dubas he is hands of in trade talks.Need a big physical forward so badly. Who can play and skate

right! But we gotta get him signed, that’s always the risk of NCAA guys, they have a lot of control over their careers[/QUOTE

Do you want to play with Matthews and Marner
When does Petruzelli get a start
His skating is very poor in my opinion. He really only has a motor when he has a clear runway to take off on. Have never really been overly high on him for that reason alone. I was impressed with him at the rookie development camp though. I was pleasantly surprised at the IQ of the player. I don't know if I see NHL quite yet, but he's definitely not as bad as I once thought. He's kind of a back burner prospect for me. I am not expecting anything, but he might be one of those guys that kind of pops up out of no where and plays for the Leafs one day. Kind of the same way I see Rubins and Kral TBHI really like Villeneuve I think he’s going to be an NHLer at some point
