I think that will go to Anderson. Robertson only having 1 goal so far is pretty surprising, but his playmaking has been extremely impressive

Good to see Gally off to a nice start but means nothing for his NHL performance. However the Leafs are one of the organizations who can fix him so we'll see.
Robertson being PPG despite nowhere close being adjusted is impressive.

Yeah it’s pretty damn impressive that Robertson is almost matching Nylander for age vs production in the A. He hasn’t even really started to heat up yet. Kinda hope they keep him there to become a team leader, same way Nylander played in the playoffs for Marlies at 19 years (but a bit younger than N. Robs) agree with Zeke tho that Nylander was way too good for AHL, kinda pointless to have his skill buried there, he was probably top 5 on team Sweden by that point.

Can’t keep him there once OHL starts

Stylistically, Anderson plays more similarly to Elias Lindholm (lite) than Hyman, IMO. Wicked strong-side wrist shot both off the rush and stationary. Picks his moments to play physical but lacks the strength and tenacious drive to be as effective as Hyman in the F1 role shift-to-shift. Has a cerebral element to his offensive game to go with soft hands and underrated short passing that reminds me of Lindholm.

I'm genuinely very worried we're going to lose him in expansion

Marincin is an excellent AHL defenseman.

He's really not that bad of an NHL defenseman either, if you like pure defensive guys who don't hit. Obviously people don't like that much.

I stand by my Rubins comparison. I think Rubins is a little bit more aggressive offensively, but he likely plays similar to Marincin if he hits the NHL.

Wild former leaf pick nugget.
Dakota Joshua. Leafs 5th rounder from 2014 just scored his first nhl goal in his first game for the blues.
