Great for Clune and I'm sure the players love him too. Lack of depth makes it easier to play him this year too.

Not sure why we didn't send Liljegren down for these games coming up if we aren't planning on giving him a look at the NHL level. Was nice to give him a pay bump but if you need a body for the taxi squad just bring up Kivihalme or Rosen and let him continue his hot start.

That 'C' should stand for coach. He is probably doing a better job than Moore right now.

Leafs are out west and Marlies are in Toronto. Liljegren likely gets into one of these games.

Given they're on a western road trip they would want him travelling with the team. My guess is he'll get in on one of the back to back games this week against either Edmonton or Vancouver.. Probably Vancouver since Keefe won't want to have him exposed against McDavid.

I'd hope so. Keefe is a much more likely guy to give him a shot than Babcock would have been but with Dermott and Lehtonen both able to play the right side I can't see us healthy scratching two of them or Bogosian to play him right now.

Keefe said they wanted Lilly around the team, and I think the plan is to give him a game in the upcoming back to back. As @BertCorbeau mentioned, probably Vancouver so he doesn't have to face McDavid.

The likely play is giving Bogosian a rest, and putting a natural RHD instead of someone who can play the right side in Dermott or Lehtonen.

Changes: Gally makes his debut. Brooks also in up front. Marincin demoted and in for the promoted Liljegren on defence. Mcmann and the promoted Agostino out.

D'Agostino starts again.

At this point, Moore is running D'Agostino into the ground.

A 5 on 3 not even a minute in, thats one way to start. Robertson continues his issue of taking penalties

there's not really many options, but I really don't get that either. Edmonds should probably be starting

I think they are waiting for Angus Redmond or Joe Woll to come in. I guess they don't value Edmonds all that much and are just using him as a placeholder until we get our full compliment together.

Woll should get a good amount of playing time once he is back.

McKenna is now #41 with Galchenyuk taking over his #12.

Somewhat fitting since McKenna could become another Timashov with a better shot.
