It is a very complicated pick. Toronto's 2nd was either a 2014 or 2015 (their choice), but then they made a deal with the Ducks which also was conditional, but was fulfilled and gives them their 2014 pick; therefore, the Kings get their 2015 pick by default. It doesn't end there though, as the pick we sent to Columbus for Gabarok is conditional as well. Buffalo gave us our two picks back, so we have our 2nd this year and two 2nds (ours and Toronto's) next season. The condition on the 2nd is we can either give Columbus our 2014 pick or Toronto's 2015 pick and it is completely our choice. So it is either a 2014 2nd or a 2015 2nd.

Hey may not be a left winger but this team needs any injection of true talent it can get. So I'm happy.

Exactly. This team just got a HUGE injection of speed and skill.
Next year Deano finally gets Orpik. Kovalchuk follows after that

If he comes in and blows us away, any chance DL resigns him?
Definitely possible. What I would do if he does good, sign him short term then trade him
Aaaaaaaaand order placed.
