Strome has been excellent ever since Pittsburgh. He is playing fearlessly and even attacking the slot area. This is a big new development, actually. Something has clicked in him. He has absolutely reached a new level. Not sure he can maintain this level but it’s impressive either way.

Pittsburgh fans, journalists, players, and coach have to be the biggest Fing whiners I have ever seen in sports. That tweet is downright embarrassing. I mean it was like 3 weeks ago. Get over it. You got game 1 handed to you, you had a decided edge in PP's, you won every single video review, you had a 3-1 lead and multiple goal leads in some of those games and blew it. Now just STFU!!

it’s probably my age, im 33 and have been watching since 2008 but i hate the pens and their fans way more than isles or devils. at this point i feel nothing towards the devils fans. i have several family/friends who are devils fans. ya 2012 sucked but whatever we were still good after that.

This was a very good post until the Panarin stuff. We're not trading him nor should we at this point either. Plus I actually think he's looked much better in these two games than he has at any point in the playoffs so far. Still not his normal self but he looks better.

Panarin finally looks healthy enough to skate. They even did the drop pass to him on the Power Play so he could skate it into the zone.

I think he got into bad habits from overcompensating while hurt. If he can find his true form in these next few games...

Here's an interesting thought. Mika's goal with seconds left to play in the third game in the regular season against the Lightning is the reason we didn't start the series in Tampa. They go to OT, they have at least one more point than us, as it was we were tied.

Perhaps it’s so obvious but- this is really a special time to be a Rangers fan. It’s seriously all coming together and I hope people are enjoying this. I can’t tell you how happy I am as a guy who was 11 the last time the Rangers won the cup to have this run going on when I can still enjoy it with my dad who made me a fan!

Even as far down as the fact that we get to listen to Hank and Vally break down the games— arguably the best goalie in franchise history, this run has really just got a special vibe to it. So hoping it ends the way we all want it to but I’m not taking it for granted just how special this all really is!

Absolutely agree. Tampa ain’t done until we’ve won 4. They’re a veteran group and if anyone can launch a comeback and change momentum, it’s them. Need to step on their throats and finish the job.

The sad sad penguins are a team that was up 3 games to 1 and had leads and often multiple goal leads in the elimination games against an overwhelmed young team in their first POs. And the shittsburgh hens choked on their own mental and physical weaknesss.

Cindy and Slewfoot would be lucky to beat the Kraken in an exhibition game with the microscopic amount of guts and determination they showed to the world.
