If my time here has taught me one thing its that fans on this site, its that every fanbase bitches about one another about the exact same things.

As a former mod and briefly admin, I can confirm this.

I have spent a lot of time on this site, even ten years, two kids, a wife beating cancer and now a bloody pandemic to boot since being hyper involved.

Never obviously had the “privilege” of modding a god damn Habs-Leafs series, but Im telling y’all, just don’t even bother with the main boards or the opponents board, short of “GL, GG”. It’s not worth your energy.

That might feel unfair but it is part and parcel of being a Leaf fan on HF. Embrace it.

That's not true...we don't have folks here belittling McDavid, cursing him and wishing the worse for him like some fans from other teams do for Matthews...we have a majority folks here who thinks McDavid is the best player in the league as much as we love Matthews.

I agree

He has small bonehead moments defensively but the way he drives the puck with a bit of control is pretty awesome. I like his bite when he's fighting hard for it.
