Marner's looked a bit concerning, but it's been two games. Nylander is a mixed bag like usual, though mostly good. Matthews is a playoff gamer. Sandin: so much potential. Joe on first unit powerplay makes me want to stab myself in the eye. Campbell looking as advertised, scary to think of Andersen getting the Tuesday start for workload management. D looks good overall.

Would be surprised if we lose this series to Montreal, but hey, much stranger things have happened.

Isn't it amazing, that we can win a game 5-1, and we still get people complaining about the players.... and this is after a win.

Agree Foligno hasn’t had the effect I hoped. Even in the regular season, he produced but he doesn’t seem to have the edge I was hoping for. That said I feel better we have him with Tavares out.

He didn't need to, their proof has been all year and Anderson declared it before game one in a borderline maniac/psychotic manner. He said they would hit the Leafs 60 minutes a game. Does he not think this would bring penalties? Especially when their D is slow and the Leafs were relentless on the puck.

Campbell is .943% and 1.53 GAA in two games so far in the playoffs. I know it's just Montreal, but proving his regular season stats aren't a fluke.

I legitimately hope he's given a true chance to be our number one next season. Am I silly for thinking that?

Habs are one of the worst teams I've ever seen. My goodness, lol. Game 1 should've had a similar result, it's hard for any goalie to play that well consistently. Keep the pressure on them, the back 2 back may just decide the series.

Nope, goalies are voodoo and none progress linearly. Some take awhile to hit that stride, johnny bower 2.0 (i jest, but god i hope)

100% this. Spending 5 minutes to make an easy decision reeked of trying to find fault. Defeats the whole purpose of it. Don't create controversy where there isn't any, it opens too many doors. Killed the momentum of the game for the Leafs. I thought it was a Mickey Mouse move by the league, typical.
