The Leafs were playing at a 78-point pace under Babcock when he got fired, and a 103 point pace under Keefe at the time of the shutdown, so that's objectively false. But on the flip side, this team almost always has looked good early in seasons and then sort of faded towards the end. The offence has sputtered, IMO. Not fair to blame the goaltending.
Andersen himself has a .903 SV% since March of 2019. It's pretty f***ing fair to blame the goaltending when their offence is still generating boatloads of scoring chances and still sits top 10 in the league in goals.
