The team will be fine overall I think, but I expect some short term growing pains as Treliving rids the organization of the Dubas stench of soft, entitled play and puts more of his touch on things.
I'm willing to give Treliving alot of slack given he inherited a team with a depleted futures pool, two massive contracts coming, and a shaky defense and goaltending situation.
If the Leafs are still playing spineless, discombobulated hockey two years from now I'll be much more open to criticism on Treliving but for the time being he isn't primarily responsible for this mess in my opinion.
