No it’s not. It’s literally not and I’m so sick of people saying it’s a berometer for anything. Hockey players are so media trained / team trained. There is zero genuine answers in hockey. Draisaitl, Devon Toews, MacKinnon, Marc-Andre Fleury. Those 4 are real, everyone else says the same generic shit. Go watch NBA and NFL pressers, those guys do not give a flying fck and say what’s actually on their mind. The NHL guys repeat the same answers. Fourth line made a mistake that Boston capitalized on, and oddly enough the fourth line is the only one that managed to score. So you remove all those big bad Treliving players, we lose 4-0 with signature no shows from the same core guys.

Without emotion I thought the Leafs played better than the score indicated.

The issue is expected goals means shit when it's year after year that they struggle to actually score on their chances.

I wasn't all that impressed with Bos, but if they win the special teams battle every game they will win the series
