lol what? We have arguably the best top 6 in the league that's filled with just talent and you're blaming grit and toughness on our problems? Our so called talent is a big reason why we lose games at times because of their dumb giveaways and what not because they want to be too cute out there. I've never seen a team be in a good scoring location as much as us and pass out of it instead of shooting it because they want to mimic the Harlem Globetrotters out there at times.

I watched the Caps Bruins game today and the intensity of that game was what true playoff teams look like. Leafs would get wrecked by either and at this rate, Montreal might even upset us in round 1.

He's had a few bad to average games, but after the long streak he went on I think he deserves to keep starting and see if he can't right himself back to being good again. If we can give Freddie a million chances when he keeps sucking for so long, Campbell sure as hell deserves a chance to see if he can get the job done.

Looking at things as a whole, I wonder, why are the Leafs underperforming their xGA? From my understanding, the xGA is the averaged result of goals based on shot locations and types. Thus implying that the number is based on both contested and uncontested shots. Is the team defense not contesting shots enough by league average standards? Or is the goaltending really that shoddy that we're seeing sub .900 goaltending from not only the starter but also his backup too? Or is there something else entirely that isn't bad voodoo?
