The power play looks a little better so far this year. It looks like they actually have a plan out there instead of just playing keep away for 2 minutes. I look for it to only get better. The 5 on 3 was a disaster but that can be an overwhelming situation sometimes.

It's been a wierd start. NYI 0-2 Buffalo 2-0 Montreal 0-3

Don't blame those guys cause Ritchie has been an anchor.

so three rebounds in three games. That’s like one rebound per game.

Think it needs a few more games before saying Ritchie is an anchor.
Also, even you must admit both JT and MM are not playing to their normal standard in the past three games.
Pretty sure they will snap out of it but they have not been 11mil players the last three games.

I lived in markham and Sheppard area of scarbs for 10 years near malvern, now in Durham

I always root for scarb born players (though Toffoli is hard to root for due to his team)

It's still early. Many of our lines are still building that chemistry. I think Ritchie will be fine once he finds his niche. Once AM gets back things will start to settle in.

I agree with pokie to an extent but I've only been a fan since 2011 so I still get excited and hyped fir regular season games despite them not being very telling/relevant for us as we're a playoff team for sure looking how to take the next step

Wouldn't surprise me if Montreal misses the playoffs but I doubt NYI misses. They were clearly the only team that had a chance to beat Tampa last year.
