His play in the NCAA showed a different player than if you just looked at his stats though.
He was physically really behind the 8 ball as a college hockey player. I believe his coach said he looked like he was 16, or something to that effect. He gained a lot of weight last summer, so I think that has helped a lot with his development. Tyler Wright said he was 170 lbs when they drafted him, and I believe this summer they said he had gotten up to about ~195 lbs.
