I saw nothing from Schenn tonight to suggest he's a liability, or even below average in his own zone. He portrayed good defensive awareness, gap control, great outlet pass. Kid was drafted fifth overall for a reason. Hope we can repair all the damage those dopes in Toronto and Philly caused.

Amazing what a little structure can do for a guy, something neither of those teams had when Schenn was there.

I'm glad we only play the Leafs twice a year, I'd lose my mind with them constantly invading our thread while filling the main board with their ridiculousness.

That game got chippy and dirty because the Leaf players took liberties because that's what they have to do since they are not a good team. That's fine, but own it. This goes for their obnoxious fans on this site as well

Not goign to be popular here but karlsson is putting up a much more norris trophy worthy season this year than either year he won it.
I am not saying he deserves to win it this year but that he is having a great season. Hopefully it is Drew's year

He's having a great offensive season, but he's having his worst defensive season since his second year. The Sens BLEED goals against when he is on the ice. He's scoring a million points and barely breaking even; there are players on his team with better +/- and literally every d-man and most forwards have better defensive metrics all around.

Drew is being the polar opposite basically.

Considering that is likely an early 2nd rounder does anyone consider it? Would suck to lose cliff but that pick + a reclamation project could be worth it IMO
