Love seeing Vinnie with a smile and more importantly playing a good game. I hate seeing guys like him and M. Richards fade into obscurity. If he keeps this play up, we could potentially have "two" 3rd lines.

Quick is the best goalie in the league, there's no doubt in my mind after all the clutch saves he's made late in games.

I think VL will work out here playing limited minutes. I'm sure he'll have lapses and even probably get scratched here and there but I'm optimistic he'll fit in with the kings slower methodical pace. Great start for both players and schenn looked particularly comfortable out there.

Schenn had about 15 minutes of ice time tonight, quite a bit for a guy that JUST got here. I think he's going to greatly benefit from our coaching and system. It would be nice if he could work his way up and get a partner like Marty or Muzzin, though that pair has been nails so far this year.

I made a couple of non-infractable (is that a word?) comments over there, basically calling out the morons for their 5-word sentence drive-bys without evidence.

Other than that, reading and posting over there is an absolute waste of minutes that I will want back when I'm in my eighties.
