It's more so what would Philly want than what we'd wanna lose.
Considering they still think they can make the playoffs for some odd reason, they’ll ask for the guy already in the NHL.. shit, they might even ask for both if it’s for Provo

Then you might ask which is worth the risk?
The underachiever in Provo or the talented but near bed ridden Chychrun

Edit: I threw in Chychrun because the asking price might be the same

Do other teams have anythign like this? sounds like a really interesting hire and unique...but regardless adds to a list of more contemporary, forward-thinking ops from the Kings offices.

did Arvidsson break his neck or something?

granted, i’m not as high on him as i’ve been in the past but he was just dropped in my money league. drafted round 16 of 24. seems like a good idea to pick him up, yes?

id be dropping Kubalik

Absolutely pick him up, he had more 5v5 points than Kopitar in 15 fewer games last year, would have been our highest 5v5 scorer. For free? jeez.

He's coming back from an injury and is sick tonight but that seems like a shortsighted drop.

It was also announced that Blake signed an extension after last season concluded, but the length of the extension was not reported, at least on the Insider article.

Other hockey teams? Unsure. Though it seems like a good hire. Athletic performance involves focus, which necessitates being in a good headspace. Having professionals assist with that seems like a good idea.

I don't want to be mean but every one of those teams are awful. Like the Nets are becoming decent but that doesn't boost confidence at all.

I'd like to run (if we get Chychrun or not)...

Kempe--Kopitar--Vilardi
Fiala--Danault--Kaliyev
Kupari--Byfield--Arvidsson
Moore--Lizotte--Grundstrum
JAD, Lemieux

Iafallo gone in a trade

Maybe awful teams have more issues surrounding the team and feel the need for someone in her role.

It's not just bad teams (or bad players) that work with mental performance coaches. The SeaHawks had one when they won the SuperBowl who became famous in the field afterwards (Mike Gervais), and many athletes like Tom Brady, etc. have or had them. I think it's great the Kings have one.

This team needs a tough bottom 6 forward and a tough bottom pairing defenseman. This is glaring. Anybody that understands hockey would know that. Everybody on hf follows the glitz and glamour and front office happenings rather than the sport. You're all a bunch of bureaucrats that don't understand hockey. Blake is kind of a moron and doesn't see it either. Get this team an enforcer and everything changes. I'm out.

Our Defence looks like a bag of shit.

Our offence has no one taking charge.

Bad penalties and no one hits

Gonna be a long year.

Drew is an overpaid idiot. Can’t get shots through and takes a penalty like this down two goals. Not impressed
