Hi all,

Leafs fan here. Think Dubas was a great hire for the role of President in particular. He played a big part in creating whole new departments in MLSE - Analytics, and then Sports Sciences. I'd expect he'll follow suit in Pittsburgh - it definitely won't be a small front office that he builds, but it will aim to be on the cutting edge of stuff.

As a GM in Toronto he wasn't perfect, but most would agree he learned quickly. His last year was probably the best here in terms of decisions/moves ect.

Dubas slipped in that they might not even have a GM. I think the structure of the front office is up in the air a bit right now. Dubas could end up assuming both roles
