I just want Voynov back so he can at least beat some sense into the team.

I wouldn't mind bringing in Roy for a year or two to coach the team. It would be nice to have someone with fire behind the bench until Blake fixes the roster. I just want to see competitive hockey. I am not expecting to make the playoffs.

Bylsma is the wrong coach for this team. I will be pissed if the the Kings fire Steven's and hire Bylsma as a replacement. Vignault and Tippet would be the 2 best fits/logical choices. Roy would be interesting. Ruff definitely a no. I don't mind Hartley but he wouldn't be my first or second choice but would take him or Bylsma.

DOUBLE Confirmation?!? does that make it an E10?!?! WOW.

...

You know people can hate on Hoven all they want....THAT is a bold ass claim. If he's wrong? Ouch.

I mean if he's right ouch too but you get what I'm saying.

No kidding right? Best I can come up with is what my worry was at the time...they used the Rangers win as a rallying point, like it was changing things, which is a huge bag of LOL GTFO.

I will follow Hoven on Twitter again and apologize on here for all the times I've said negative things about him if Stevens is fired before the Anaheim game.

Prior to tonight's game against Columbus, this is the pace being set offensively:

Kovalchuk - 28 goals, 42 assists
Doughty - 7 goals, 49 assists
Carter - 21 goals, 28 assists
Toffoli - 21 goals, 28 assists
Iafallo - 14 goals, 35 assists
Kopitar - 21 goals, 14 assists

We'll see where Brown ends up, but outside of Kovalchuk and Doughty, this is a pathetic effort from these players.

...and if Stevens isn't fired before the Anaheim game, what will it be triple, quadruple confirmation regarding Hoven.

Carter and Toffoli have struggled and are not far off where they usually are. Kopitar's are laughable for how much he's being paid.

If you read comments on the thread, someone (aussiepenguin. posting since 9-14) chimed in this:

>>They are in advanced discussions.
This looks like a done deal. I've been told to hold off announcing it.
There is another team now looking to get involved.
This isn't as simple as it seems. It's complicated - I'm hearing.
Just got off the phone, I'll put it down now.
Nylander is 100% playing hockey this season.
Waiting for the league office approval on this one.
If Voynov can't play in the NHL, I'm hearing he is likely going back to the khl (e3).
Keep your eye on Carolina.
Stay tuned.
More to come.<<

then someone (posting since 2009) *possibly can check league offices?* added this:

League Head office has been notified of a potential pending trade...

That sort of is who Toffoli is, and that would be great from Iafallo. But Carter, Kopitar, Martinez, Muzzin, Kempe, Pearson, and even Phaneuf, that's too many guys not doing enough.

The list of coaches that John Hoven mentioned other than Dave Tippett are meh and worse than what we got now.

The mayor is retweeting this about himself

Thanks to @mayorNHL for his insights on the future of John Stevens in Los Angeles as well as potential Kings trades

And why is this a issue?John Hoven is only retweeting what Jonathan Davis wrote about him.

I don't know why people are so down on Tippett. This team could use more diving.

And his first move would be to bring in Doan as a medical consultant. Win-win!
