Trading Thompson moved the Kings up several spots in the draft if it’s Calgary’s pick coming back. Seems like he should have been worth more than moving up 10-15 spots.

It's like they basically traded picks on draft day, and Thompson got thrown in.

It´s for Calgary´s 4th round pick, which considering the standings might as well be a 5th rounder. That was the most marginal of returns possible considering the Kings gave a 5th as well. Oh well, pretty hilarious.

Moved up in 15 spots to trade away a pending UFA. Don't mind it. As others have said, Hagelin is next. And keep losing! That should be the focus too.
