Oh ya, because that's the thing a normal person would do when your captain is unconscious on the ice.He had like 10 minutes to go grab one of his team's dozen ipads and watch the play for himself. Stop making excuses. It was a dumbass reaction to an accidental play.
Keep lying, pal.Your fanbase is literally cheering about this injury. You're all trash.
I don't think Perry meant to knee him in the head but I definitely think he meant to skate by and give him a bump. He had plenty of time to avoid him.
Tavares was trying to get up on his own, the trainer was supporting his head and neck. He wasn't lifting Tavares off the ice by his neck, come on now.I was thinking the same. Seemed irresponsible of the trainer.
I dunno, sounds like you been Chilli-Wacked in the head with this takeThe play was ugly but now it’s overshadowed by how stupid Foligno is.
This is just completely unnecessary. JT did nothing to deserve being hurt like this. Chill out.If you only want Leafs posts, there is a Leafs sub forum.
Cry me a river.
what did he do
no trainer was trying to stabilize his neck while tavares was like "screw that im ok" and trying to get up totally ignoring the trainer
they are only going off what they're seeing in realtime, no replay.
I absolutely went there. Islanders fans want nothing but the worst for the guy, including injuries. Garbage fanbase.
You know damn well that's not the same.Interesting view. Same thing if someone gets injured by a deflected shot, must fight whoever deflected the puck?
Oh ya, because that's the thing a normal person would do when your captain is unconscious on the ice.
Give your head a shake.
Said this in the GDT, but with the way the trainer had his hand on the neck, the blood... the way JT slumped over backwards and went limp.
I genuinely almost hurled. I was convinced we just saw someone die on the ice. I'm still sick to my damn stomach.
Cool. Hit the block button and move on.
Was it tho? I know he was not trying to do that but I am fairly sure he would have hit him by “mistake” no matter what
I think they're probably more concerned with Tavares being seriously injured rather than their job security.you can see by leafs players and management's reaction, they have everything to lose in this series.
AND i hope Tavares recovers ASAP
They had plenty of time to look at the replay. So either they’re willfully blind. Or were mis-directing their anger/shock by trying to hurt someone else in retaliation. Not sure which one is worse.
