When does their camp begin?
This one sucks. He was putting together a pretty respectable D+1 season before being injured.

It would be interesting to see where Jason Robertson was on the Jets list. Drafted 39th, 15 spots after Vesalainen.
Gives an opinion on McGroarty, Moe, Salomonsson, and Rashevsky
He was mediocre here too.Vesalainen looks like a pretty mediocre player even in Liiga. How did this guy play games in NHL last season?
Pretty good.He was mediocre here too.
How’s Sami Niku looking in Liiga?
Does Niku look like he could play in NHL again?
It's funny how someone on here compared his career trajectory to Alex Burrows.
Ayyy Wagner got a camp invite. No Salo due to injury(blahhhh)
I was pretty sure the free-niku movement was started by a sami run botTurning public opinion to get Maurice out was all part of the long game
I have high hopes for him. The Jets could really use a player who plays his style.Tuned into the second half of Rutger's game vs. Michigan State. He actually didn't play that much idk if that is because he reports to team USA tomorrow or what. It really is amazing how he was on the ice for prime chances, just one of those players that you aren't blown away with flash but somehow as you are watching you realize how many of the grade A chances are because of him. Grade A chances are rare in NCAA even for this Michigan team. He could have had 2 goals in the 30 minutes I watched, hit the post on one and just missed on the other. He had a really nice secondary assist holding the puck at the top of the zone in the middle of the ice. He waited for the trailer at the left point who had a beautiful seam pass that led to a goal. Most college kids would have not had the sense for that and just dumped the puck.

Usually our GM keeps his emotions in check, but when he drafted Perfetti I don't think I have seen him happier outside of maybe, and its a maybe, the day he acquired Paul Stastny at the 2018 deadline.I have calmed down allot on prospects since 2011. I was really excited about Perfetti on draft day and not much has changed for me on him.
The only other player that I am “really” excited about is McGroarty. I think his game will translate very to the NHL at some point.

It was a big win. Perfetti had been in the top 5 of some of the lists I follow. Honestly I couldn’t believe he fell to us but the group of 4-11 or 12 was a tier that could have gone any direction. Cole’s skating and size allowed him to drop to us and that was one from the draft gods. On draft day I did say Perfetti would be better than Byfield.
Where do you have Laf ranked now?Yeah I had him ranked 4th on my list behind Laf, Stutzle and Drysdale.
Now I'd only take Stutzle ahead of him and I still think Drysdale is going to be a great NHL dmen.

I wonder how things may have gone for him had he not ended up in an organization so notoriously awful at developing forwards.Hmm. Somewhere in the 5 to 10 range. I think he's been better than people are giving him credit for but still not what you'd want out of a lottery pick.
If I was gonna pick only one league to draft from, that probably wouldn't be it. I think I'd probably take the USHL tbh.Let's just draft boys out of the good old WHL. Never steered us wrong before. Canada only up in here.
