Fans deserve nothing? The GM of the team is making more money in a year than anyone here will likely see in our lives. If he was doing a good job then it’s fine but he’s getting paid to fail simply because he’s buddies with management. Meanwhile actual hard working people in the org get laid off constantly.

100%. They don't. This is an entertainment business. Don't spend your money on the team if it pi**es you off so much. I spend money going to season openers (which I deeply regretted this year) and that is it, b/c I am not fully satisfied with the way they are building the team. I don't plan to go to any more games.

Holland basically blamed the players. He's essentially saying they're uncoachable if you read between the lines.

Quenneville, Gallant, Boudreau, Julien or (preferably) keep Woody and make a trade for him.

Even looking at the AHL, Nelson is more qualified than Knoblauch.

Julien has major health issues and already covered Gallant and Quennville.

Not sure how anyone could think Boudreau would be an option for this type of team.

This should be the death of Desharnais then. I can't help but think the combo of Knoblauch and Coffey will think "who is this fool" Skillsets wise Desharnais is stoneage with a puck. Broberg gets brought up because the kid can actually play and with some better coaching make improvements.

I don't know entirely that the adaptation took place in Heritage Classic. I did note that for whatever reason that Calgary was our weakest opponent performance until last night. In both instances the opponent took forever to get in the game.

We'll see. Not sure they will make personnel changes immediately. Desharnais looks awful but still hasn't necessarily collapsed with goals against. A hard, grinding third pair role with PK support. But a trainwreck handling the puck, I agree. Broberg is actually better away from recent Team Chaos to get quality minutes and time in a more stable environment. Will be interesting though in 3-5 games if they opt to switch to the green banana with puck moving skills to groom under Coffey's tutelage.

Oil front-running in both games helped.

So pretty much, when we started to slide, Kenny first tried trading for a solution (a goalie likely), Kenny couldn't find a solution (no surprises there). Then after the Sharks loss, they started having "serious discussions about a coaching change". Kenny cites WINs as the reasons for this move being made, just simple stats, nothing else. Not locker room stuff, not analytics, not strategy, no character, nothing.

Yeh I have no doubt in my mind this was a panic move made in a panic mode without much deep analysis or contemplation.
