He's taking on a lot, his numbers would have to be reduced. He's a warrior though and those are the kind of guys you want - especially in the first year of getting into the playoffs.Ugh, I appear to be in the minority, but IMO Hamonic seems to make more mistakes than anyone not named Chabot these days.
He's a disaster in his own zone, but he does have a bit of offensive pop. If Brannstrom could actually put up some points it would make Hamonic less important.
2 more years, but I think this is the beginning of a long friendship.We don't have that long, Chyc is only signed for 2 more years after this one. Sign another steady D this summer or trade for one at the draft.
If you acquire another D-man, make sure you get value on Brannstrom - or I guess in this case, let Hamonic walk.
