I like how in all the pictures the boys are drinking out of paper cups.....I'm sure it must be coffee, water or Biosteel

Only when he wants to. Inconsistent effort is the issue with PLD. If he can't get up for bringing it when his team's facing elimination and he's on a short term contract, I question the sanity in trading huge assets for him and paying him 8mX8years.At 24 years old Dubois has 28, 27 and 27 goals seasons. He also plays a physical game- more then any Habs player - he plays in front of the net and is big .
that's the part of the photo I do find weird. He's hanging with his agentWorth mentioning Pat Brisson also in there. Spending time in MTL patty ?
10 days before the draft. Brisson must be drowned by work.that's the part of the photo I do find weird. He's hanging with his agent
yeah it's hard not to read stuff into it. I know the Canadian grand prix is a major event in the world, and a who's who of sports elite are here in montreal this weekend, but PLD was in boisbriand yesterday doing promo stuff, he's with agent today and hanging with CC who's posting it on Instragram. lol10 days before the draft. Brisson must be drowned by work.
Kinda surprised to see him around. Even if this was a planned appearance.
Brisson looking to make the front page of Le Journal de Mourial (rag made up of 75% photos and oversized sensationalist headlines, another 20% are ads and 5% salvageable content on a good day).that's the part of the photo I do find weird. He's hanging with his agent
100%Brisson looking to make the front page of Le Journal de Mourial (rag made up of 75% photos and oversized sensationalist headlines, another 20% are ads and 5% salvageable content on a good day).
Probable front page « Un Québécois retourne au bercail! » or, « Réveilles, Kent! ». For sure Brisson is and will be using our gullible media as his free propaganda division, to put further pressure on Hughes to acquire his client.
He’s been here since end of May. The guy actually lives here and not shy of just going about his business like every other montrealer living in the downtown area.yeah it's hard not to read stuff into it. Celeb millionaires have privileges that we can only dream about. Good on these guys for taking full advantage.anyone know where that boat photo is?
I didn't know one could go on drunken boat rides next to the Villeneuve circuit.
if it was the canal, runner and I would walk over

meet me at corner of de courcelle and st ambroise. we can take my rubber dinghy out for a paparazzo expeditionCeleb millionaires have privileges that we can only dream about. Good on these guys for taking full advantage.
Plus he's pretty soft - plays a pretty perimeter vanilla game. Low intensity. He also has serious character issues and quits on hit team at times. He would be a target of the fans and a potential disaster. On top of that, reports are he is demanding 9M AAV. For a top6 C that is full of issues that is egregious. If you sign him to that as a UFA, that's one thing. But if you give up significant assets then have to overpay him, that's a terrible proposition.
Habs has committed to Dach and he showed last season he can be the 2C the Habs are looking for. You have to give Dach an opportunity.
You are a very bad man / womanDubois with the Redbull jacket but rumor has it that he asked to trade it for a Ferrari one half way through the race.
I was going to said. They are all at the F1 event with their agent.PLD, Caufield, Zegras & Jack Hughes all in Montreal. All of them represented by Brisson.
this Michael Adams is onto something!PLD, Caufield, Zegras & Jack Hughes all in Montreal. All of them represented by Brisson.
All of them coming to Montreal NOW:PLD, Caufield, Zegras & Jack Hughes all in Montreal. All of them represented by Brisson.
Funny you forgot someone in the foundation that i'd be more than willing to trade for PLD...The 5th OA is a bit steep for Dubois, IMO. Dubois makes sense for the tabs -- long term -- but not at the expense of such a quality building block that can ALSO be acquired at the 5th OA.
It makes sense in a scenario where PLD + Caufield + Suzuki + Dach + Smith (likely best case)/Michkov + Guhle + Hutson + Mailloux + + become foundation pieces.
I could see MON giving #31 + #37 + young NHLer (Harris or Barron) + veteran NHLer (Dvorak) for Dubois. That Win insists on remaining relevant despite all the rats looking to escape the ship doesn't change what would be a value package for Dubois who is but one year away from free agency and refuses to re-up with the Jets.
That is a trade a contender makes not a team in rebuild.Funny you forgot someone in the foundation that i'd be more than willing to trade for PLD...
No one talks about Slaf.
Best case scenario he becomes as good as PLD but full time winger. You swap those two and take away all the unknown and bust potential for a center local star. One that keeps his head up and don't need IQ lessons to see the game.
We have good wingers in the pipeline and will draft many more this summer.
In my book Slaf is not untouchable for PLD.
