I'll get crap for this but I'll say it anyways: Chris Krieder doesn't fit on this team. He is a relic when the Rangers were drafting to emulate the Bruins.

But, now the Rangers are turning into a puck posession, skill based team: he doesn't mesh at all outside of his speed.

Either the Rangers build a line around him with strong forechecking bruisers or you trade him away. I mean his best shift tonight was when he was playing a simple grinding style.

If you'd rather watch wrestling and you think analytics always provide the total picture, why do ever even put the game on? Is there no pleasure in it for you?
Why do you ever put the game on as opposed to just looking at the box score?

You got 8 of 9 with the Devils and Sabres, you want to stay in the race, it’s there for the taking.

If we didn't have bozo the clown as our coach I'd feel a lot more comfortable about these games. The team doesn't play for periods and sometimes games at time like they want to make the playoffs.

So you can just ignore that you only played 40 minutes and were down 2-0 as a result?

That's not how it works and that clearly cost us a point.

Hockey is collection of split second decisions, and one cost us the extra point in OT. There is a whole lot of nuance that you are hand waving, but hey to each their own man

The kids are all starting to find their groove, I honestly don’t know what people are upset about.

They’ve been producing too. Kravtsov/Kakko/Chytil had in points in all of our goals. What happened to only caring about development?
They have led this team the past couple games and led the comeback.

Quinn dumps them for his vets the first chance he gets. That's why people are upset.

Is anyone else worried that if we somehow have an amazing run and make the playoffs Quinn will be made king of the Rangers and won't lose his job unless he croaks.

I honestly don't see what the big deal is. We're going to die on the hill that the Rangers had some amazing performance tonight?

Kakko and Kravtsov got assists. We won as far as I'm concerned.

Kreider reminds me Darrell Hammond on SNL. It's creepy that he's still here at this point.

Were the games best players on the ice in crunch time? It's that simple.

I really hope the PP units are changed up.

No

Every coach has an expiration date. It’s obvious to everyone Quinn isn’t the coach that will lead this team to glory.

There’s just not a lot of better options available at the moment

I'm terrified of the theory that Gorton has an affection towards him because he was his hand picked out of the box pick.
