Is Kucherov the least liked player in the NHL? (Performance in Skills competition)

Hes a f***ing dick head. Fantastic hockey player, but hes a f***ing idiot.

People didnt care about his Montreal stunt becaus people love to hate on Montréal, but it was one of the most classless things Ive witnessed in a post-championship ceremony. Then this... like.

Guy needs to get drilled a little bit.
He's just a trash person. When his team is losing he tries to injure players, targeting their heads or hits from behind. He gets pissy when he doesn't get his way and starts whining and floating around. Taking shots like that after winning the cup after circumventing the cap, dog shit effort in the skills competition and then he laughs about it. Such an unlikable player.

Taking shots at a legend like Fleury too, and I remember the Aho incident last year lol.

Nobody likes the guy, basically.

Sure he's a dick... but it's entertaining to see people get all bent out of shape about his non-participation in this non-event. Nothing wrong with the league having a few heels. I get bored of all the generic star hockey guys.
Hes not an heel, this isnt the WWE, its real life and hes a real dickhead.

All players were likely out drinking the night before, for sure Kucherov. No way he was 100% sober in the skills. Looked like he was up all night drinking. Even Pastrnak missed on the empty net on the puck control comp.

Didn’t watch it and can’t seem to find any videos on it, what exactly did he do (or didn’t do) that was so bad?

Nothing, he just took an event slow. Similar to what other did too. He’s just a hated bad boy around these parts

Will be interesting if his reaction to the bashing is a full effort on the actual All star game. Just because. Unless he has another hungover.

He dogged it. The worst was in the puck control, looked like he just rolled out of bed. Even gave the fans a salute after.

He's an asshole. Big surprise. Glad people are starting to realize it. Only ones that like him are lightning fans and he couldn't even give less of a shit about them lol

Pretty sure the only thing Kucherov cares about right now is trying to help his team get home ice in the playoffs. And winning his 2nd Art Ross and smashing his previous career high would be nice too. He's not going to risk injury in a weekend that he sees as time off.

He should be free to choose whether he should go to the ASG or not. Fining/suspending him for not wanting to be present is also incredibly selfish. Maybe he prefers to be with his kids and family instead of entertaining you and your kids. He's just demonstrating that he doesn't agree with it and it's good, maybe he'll have an alternative where he won't be forced to lose in the future. Tell that part to your kids as well.

Kids have a chance to see these players at least 82 times a season. On TV or half the time at the arena or at least a few times every season. No need to act hurt just because your little party got destroyed..

Personally I believe that, with the fantasy sums they are making, hockey players should be obliged to do alot more than they do. Something along the lines of curing cancer would be suitable.

To be fair, this ASG format is absurdly stupid. He’s definitely arrogant but most elite athletes are.

For all we know the boys went out the night before and he wasn't invited lol.

I always enjoy watching how players interact with each other at the ASG. Its obvious which players have the respect and admiration of others and vice versa. And which players don't really seem to fit in.

I've always admired Crosby, and even Ovy. When they were at the top of the world they always fit in, are well liked, stayed humble around their peers.
