Kirby will be fine. He just needs a kick in his ass. We're talking about a guy who recently turned 21. Not unreasonable for him to have some maturing to do.

To me and I could be wrong…but…I notice that his teammates don’t seem to ‘like’ him too much, just looking at how they interact with him and ‘look’ at him…

145 games played and he has like 50 pts. People will still use an 8 game sample size over the last 3 regular seasons though

Sure, but that's also a big "if" right now.
My point is that there's just as much uncertainty with the other guys that were in consideration for the 3rd overall selection.

I'm not a big fan but IF he could get pissed and incorporate more straight ahead snarl in his game he could become quite effective. Lots of work to do in the offseason and if he comes to camp w/o the snarl and w/o improved face off ability, I shop him.

Steroids in his pop. Maybe as he gets older he will get more focus and snarl. Colton threw some nice hits in exhibition.
