Wait... He's on the PK? I swear, 95% of his shifts I don't even notice him playing, and the other 5% is noticing him for the wrong reasons.Doing ok on the pk right now
vesey plays LW and robertson plays LW.....vesey sucks and robertson is good...come on keefe, you can do this man
Or give Galeynchuk a shot
pe0ple being too hard on him, I see improvements takes time
Was it the 10 minutes of ice time or the -3 that impressed you most last game?
It's too bad. I honestly thought he would raise to the occasion this year.He is on the outside looking in at this point. Both Boyd and Engvall have passed him. Would not be suprised at all if he's waived.
This thread title needs to drop the “is”.
I’m assuming/hoping once Galchenyuk gets a few more practices in, he’ll replace Vesey in the lineup.
Us Sabres fans tried to tell you he sucked...

After the display Hyman Mik and Kerfoot put on last night and iirc Simmonds had some good chemistry going with Willie and Tavares, I would switch them, but me likeWhen we’re 100% heathy, I don’t think he plays. Matthews, Marner, Tavares, Nylander, Thornton, Hyman, Kerfoot, Mikheyev, Simmonds, Engvall, Spezza, Boyd as the top 12 forwards. Vesey, Barabanov, Petan, Anderson, Brooks and Robertson vying for injury replacement spots. Nice depth - 18 guys who are serviceable in an NHL forwards spot.
If I had to guess at lines, I’d go:
Thornton - Matthews - Marner
Hyman - Tavares - Nylander
Mikheyev - Kerfoot - Simmonds
Boyd - Engvall - Spezza
Though you could mix and match those 12 in all sorts of ways.
