I don't think Lundqvist has stood out during any game, despite how much the announcers talk him up. He was just solid against Switzerland and subpar today. Markström has been better than Lundqvist the entire season and I feel much calmer with him in goal.

Norway is really weak here, Latvians will show one last push.
I feel you, but thereis a possibility (since it’s been like this for few years now with Latvia) that wheel of fortune will reverse from next year on. There is certain improvement in team depth every year. Hopefully it will overcome that borderline next year.
