It was STUPID low after the first 30 or 32 goals.

I only counted 2 on the first 32 or so goals I think it was yesterday and they were both on Brian Elliott

So it's 2-0 Sharks over Washington at that point and then comes a BUNCH of goals on Kahkonen and he allowed 30% of the goals I counted stoppable yesterday, which is not that bad when it's a very light schedule, but there were like 11 or 12 games on yesterday in the league.

Even the goals Ovechkin scored I nailed him on both. He played the second Ovechkin goal sooooo badly and was way off his angle.

And he got beaten on that same one the same exact way he got beaten by Craig Smith on the first goal against him in the game.

Normally Quick doesn’t give up a really high percentage of goals I count stoppable. Quick’s problem is that his playing style is too aggressive to be effective for him anymore and he spends way too much time flopping around and on his back and ass.

This was a pretty bad one though. The shot wasn’t even that hard or fast. And it slowly goes through his armpit and up into the top of the net.

He was fine last year, better than his save percentage. Winnipeg was BAD and hung him out to dry a lot. Their defense stunk.

He's still significantly above league average right now. He's still close to .920% even with his last month, which has been horrible.

Not sure it's much better now and Bownesspuck needs to end effective immediately.

If this was December or even January they would be talking about a coaching change.

Bowness is in way over his head. Making the cup finals in 2020 with him as head coach was a fluke. Surprised Dallas even brought him back last year after they missed the playoffs in 2021. Friedman said around January of last year Dallas talked about a coaching change.

He's a good assistant coach, but not at all a good head coach at this level. Can't believe there's a current fascination with him as a head coach in the league. If this is a one and done year there I can't see him getting a head coaching job in the league next year. It will be in Winnipeg or nowhere.

And Scott Arniel is the ''Associate coach'' so maybe he's already being groomed to take over. It's just a matter of when.
