Honestly can't remember the last game we played that well. Maybe that 5-0 oilers win, but the oilers were in a bad spot. Full 60 minutes effort. Kopi's line dominated all night long. The Seguin line was largely ineffective.

Good game for Clifford and Mitchell

Mitchell got off to a bit of a rough start when he arrived from the Habs but he's gradually improved and has settled in.

He's a lunch bucket guy. Any added offence from him is a bonus.

Nothing wrong with giving up a 5th Rd pick (return of Mtl 4th if the Kings make the playoffs) to see if he can improve the bottom 6.

He had to be very strong too. Dallas is that kind of team tonight that would have given Quick fits--do nothing for 15 minutes then look super dangerous for 1 minute. Kuemper kept his focus and was strong on the puck.
