Yet here we are, it’s just more passive perimeter garbage and zero intensity. This team is quickly becoming one of the most unlikeable Canadian teams I’ve ever watched.

They care....they don't seem to have much resilience. All part and parcel with making hockey a rich kid sport and losing all the farm boys.

It's not a secret that players try to model their games after the top players, and it's really not a stretch to think that the success of Matthews wrister has influenced young players to feel more comfortable choosing to beat goalies with an accurate wrister over the speed of a one-timer.
