US inflation hitting 9.1% today....for a gate revenue driven league, certainly makes me wonder.

They were talking on TSN the other day about PLD not wanting to resign long term in Winni and were speculating its because players may want to hang on to the last minute so they build their next deals around a fatter cap. This is something I fear the Leaf's big 3 are going to try to do to maximize their gain. I have only heard that the cap will be jumping hard in two years time so would be nice if the young Leaf stars were locked down before then.
