19-20 was a 68 game season for Carolina

He's missed more than 10 games one time due to a broken ankle. His health has not been an issue.

How does a "contract year" make his body more resistant to injury? He had the second highest hit rate of his career last year so he did not play less physical and try to avoid contact.
