He came back and played! Jesus Christ Colorado medical team

On the one hand, that should be lawsuit territory for a medical staff to allow a player back in with a broken neck. On the other hand, only Cogs could manage to play through a broken neck.

Guy is a f***ing warrior, one of my all time favourite ducks and it guts me that this is likely how his career ends. And it wasn't a suspension!

f*** George Parros.

Aside from the medical staff sending him back out (you have to believe they were not aware of a broken neck) where the hell was the concussion spotter and so called protocol? The first time I saw his head go into the boards I cringed. How in the world did they let him go back out there?

Its like Cogs is channeling Rocky Balboa, 5'10 Balboa took hits to the head from 6'5 Ivan Drago that should have killed Rocky before the fight even got to round 2.

In this first round Bruins vs. Panthers series featuring 3 former Ducks defenseman we have

Hampus Lindholm in 7 games 0 goals 0 assists 0 points +2

Brandon Montour in 7 games 5 goals 3 assists 8 points -1

Josh Mahura in 7 games 0 goals 0 assists 0 points 0

This was probably discussed already but killing time before the lottery by perusing through some Bruins chatter...

They seem pretty pissed about Lindholm's playoff performance. I feel like I remember him being really up-and-down in playoffs, but it's honestly been so long that it's all blurring together. I think he bounces back but if he doesn't, an 8 year NMC is brutal.

I read, in the Bruins HF thread, that Lindholm incurred a foot injury. Of course, Lindholm said it didn't affect him. I believe that like I believe Kelser saying his injury is only a flesh wound.

Is it still true that he put his OC home up for sale and is looking to move out of state? His family was so embedded to the Ducks and OC community that I'd hate to lose him.
they moved or plan to move to TN apparently. hopefully not because he was offered a job with the preds

I was hoping he would get involved with Ducks in some capacity.
either he's not interested in taking a hockey job right now, the ducks didn't offer him one, or he got a better offer elsewhere

wouldn't be surprised if he just takes some time off before returning to hockey

^ It's PV. He doesn't want Getz in the org. Pretty clear on his (Getz) past interviews that he was expected to transition into something with the Ducks under BM, but PV apparently wasn't on board.

Another big reason I dislike PV.
