 here's hoping the series is clean and competitive.
With the demand for tickets in this series I guess it is true that "you CAN put a pricetag on a good time".

Go get'em Boys.

147 tickets left for Game 3, Game 4 is sold out.

Today is the day. Bring home two wins. We'll be loud when you get back.

Hey Naz, if compressed air horns are outlawed in Oshawa, you forgot one behind your bench. Check out the post game press conference of game #3 and tell me who the whiners are?????;)

Gens Captain Josh Brown Game 4 1st Intermission interview: "We were horrible...no you can't blame the refs, we need to be better. We need to look at ourselves..."

NB coach Stan Butler opening line Game 5 post game presser: "Well I guess they got as many power plays as they wanted..."

That sums it up right there. Going into the East Final I thought NB had the best/most passionate fan base in the OHL. Now after all I think of is how much whining comes out of there. And led by the coach too. So weak.

Here's to a great OHL Final! I think keys will be if Devin Williams can continue his consistent play in net, as well as the Gens discipline. Too many PP's to Erie will destroy the Gens!

Josh Brown OMG! Just wait and see the whining going on after this weekend SH. Your already worried about how many PP's Erie will have! Cause all Oshawa does is mug opposing teams crossing the blue line but you won't even catch this speedy ERIE OTTER team my friend.

GO OTTERS GO!!!!

Well here we go. We've all been waiting for this night for nearly 13 years now. Skate hard, play well defensively, take advantage of the opportunities you get. Oshawa is a terrific team and definitely on SSM's level, just a different style of play Erie needs to adjust to.

Lets go Otters!

Also note that today's Erie Times News had on the front page a report that lawyers for the team said yesterday that they have selected a preferred buyer that wants to keep the team in Erie. Two of the team's lawyers said this in bankruptcy court. (The story isn't at the Times News' website, alas; I have a copy of this morning's paper as I write this.)

So now THAT worry is off the fans' backs.

Decent period. Erie will have to adjust to Oshawa's clog the middle system. special teams let them down that period and they trail because of it

I was about to post about how McDavid plays pretty loose in his own end. Noticed it against the Soo and then on second goal tonight. And then he does what he just did. HOLY SHYSTA! How do you stop that??? Guess the other stuff doesn't matter and I will just sit back and enjoy. WOW.

Are you guys at the game or watching on a feed of some type? I know I can probably get Livestream but wondered if there is another televised option I'm not aware of. Thanks!

Well like pretty much every series thus far, really ugly game one from the Otters. They are going to have to make some adjustments to deal with Oshawa's neutral zone trap and clog the middle defense.

Erie pretty much let the Generals impose their will on this game with really no push back at all.

Generals certainly got the style of officiating they wanted to night. Refs let pretty much everything go both ways. Can't complain about consistency though.

Williams had an okay game. Seemed to be fighting the puck a bit, left a few bad rebounds.

Appleby is a rebound machine, Erie needs to start putting more pucks on him and just trying to punch dirty goals in.

If faceoffs were a stat the OHL tracked I'm sure Erie got absolutely destroyed there tonight. Hopefully Pettit returns soon.

All about adjustments. Pretty much a feeling out first game and Oshawa was more aggressive. Hopefully they come out with more passion tomorrow and aggression.

Defense has to be better. Aren't going to win games 5-4 very often in this series so better learn quickly that winning games 3-2 is what it will take.

Game 2 are always when most adjustments are made. I usually am confident in knoblauch so no panic. Just needs to start with more passion and physicality from Erie

Erie's got them right where they want them. One game down and the gens over confident!

Oshawa Goals Tickets Scalpers and Video Score Board

Lol at roosterman. Already lost all credibility.

BSabres, this is a contradiction, but every Oshawa goal was nowhere near a highlight reel status, but guess what in the end does not matter, cause they all count and the GEN' S got Four of them.
You will see a different ERIE team tonight. You will see the ERIE team that dismantled SSM. 6 days off for ERIE before Game # 1 is not good, Erie is a team that needs to be playing all the time. Oshawa played "Their perfect Game last night" and in doing so if that is the best the GENS can do, I have no worries about the OTTERS, cause you will see Erie's best starting tonight.

Also BSabres, Like I said love the GEN' S home rink not a bad seat in the house, but why did they not show that sick set up by McDavid on ERIE' S Only goal on that Joke Scoreboard, they showed every Gen's goal. Sorry to say you are going to be seeing more of that Sick play by #97 he is just warming up. Also some SCALPER offered us $75.00 each for out tickets and them he was going to sell them for $150.00 a piece. Did not see a lot of scalper's, everyone was looking for tickets, but those who will selling were asking for $250.00 or $300.00 a pair. Lastly I will say "Let's Go Otters"
